Our mission at Living Grace Foursquare Church is to lead people into authentic, growing relationships with Jesus Christ. We are committed to building a new church facility on the northwest corner of Smoke Ranch and Michael Way in Las Vegas, Nevada. This is a strategic location where we believe we can make a difference in the community and the city and provide a targeted area where we can evangelize and multiply. We are excited to serve as a training base for local and international ministry while meeting the needs of this unique area of the city and our neighborhood. Currently, we rent space for both the offices and the church ministry. As owners, rather than renters, we can better steward the resources that God provides. We desire to bring glory to God and better serve the Church and the community where God has placed us. Please prayerfully partner with us in making this dream a reality. 

Living Grace purchased a 2.5-acre property on the corner of Smoke Ranch and Michael Way in January 2021 for $400,000 cash and has been pre-approved for a building loan in the amount of $1.8 million through the church lending arm of our denomination, Foursquare Financial Services (FFS).  FFS may increase/decrease this amount upon final loan approval depending on our income history and pledges at the time of application.  The requested construction contingency amount has already been set aside as of November 2021.  We are now in the process of raising a minimum of $1 million, which we estimate will be needed to initiate construction due to the increased building and supply expenses post-Covid.  These amounts may vary depending on the generosity of our suppliers and the costs at the time of implementation.  Would you prayerfully consider a monthly donation to help us reach our goal?
