Embracing His Triumphal Entry

Palm Sunday marks the beginning of Holy Week, commemorating Jesus' triumphant entry into Jerusalem. Sunday, we’ll explore the significance of this event, the symbolism behind Jesus riding on a donkey, fulfilled prophecy, and enthusiastic crowds laying palm branches before him. There’s a dramatic contrast between earthly expectations of a conquering King and Jesus’ mission to seek and save all who are lost. 

Luke 19:38 “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!” 39 And some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to him, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples.” 40 He answered, “I tell you, if these were silent, the very stones would cry out.”
