Beforehand. God doesn’t act arbitrarily. The fact that creation exists means that He has a purpose in mind. Everything has purpose. The Scripture tells us what was going on with God before the creation of the world. It tells us a lot about who He is and who we are. Remember, Creation was made with you in mind! God desires a relationship with you.
John 17:24 Father, I desire that they also, whom you have given me, may be with me where I am, to see my glory that you have given me because you loved me before the foundation of the world.
